PET Exercise Instructions, 11.6 – PET Reconstruction and Modelling
General information:
Two exercises, 1) PET image reconstruction with Octave 2) Analysis of simulated data with Carimas. The exercise packages, instructions and questions for the report can be downloaded from the .zip file below. The 1st exercise is run in tube.utu.fi while the 2nd exercise is run on a Windows machine. Please remember to use 'Logout' button to terminate the session in tube.utu.fi when the exercises are finished.
